Ours is a small group that has been around for 18 years. We have had PC groups around us for short periods of time, but they tend to die off after a year or two. When we had joint topics, we invited the PC people to our meetings. We got a few PC people, but not many. They never reciprocated. I think it is a great idea, but it takes a lot of coordination.

I went to a big regional conference, but I was one of three Mac people among the hordes of PC people. They wondered why we bothered using Macs at all. I drove two days to get there. What a waste of time. On the otherhand, I have driven from the East Coast to the West Coast to go to Macworld San Francisco and enjoyed every minute of the time I spent.
