Well, rather than complain about it here, I've posted a small rant about my recent experience as an Apple Ambassador on my personal web page. Instead of subjecting everyone on he list to my sarcastic, dry sense of humor you can opt to read it (or not) for yourself here: http://www.stempnakowski.com.
Please feel free to share any constructive advice with me at the link provided on my web page. In my personal experience, the people on this list are much more helpful, and better source of information, than any other Apple resource. Especially when your online ASTO profile returns only blank, empty pages of info and contacts.
