I am currently looking at the iLife '06 suite to do the podcast that I mentioned in my post. I have not looked but check out iMovie HD 6 I would think that would have a export to the web option. the next question is where would you host files of that size. To get the bandwidth necessary with .mac you would need the 4 gig storage, 250 gig per month bandwidth option, That is approx. $200 a year.

Hi to all,
I read about video podcast on the Augd Digest, Vol 3, Issue 30 from February 11, 2006.  I've been watching the LVMUG video podcast which I downloaded from iTunes.  It appears to be a very viable way to repurpose our user group meetings.  We have quite a few members who would like to see the demo again, or couldn't attend the meeting and would like to see what was talked about.  We've been webcasting our meetings using Quicktime Broadcaster but we haven't been archiving the video.

How does one go about creating these video podcasts?

Thank you for your help,

Yvonne
