Is fax the only way to order??? Shouldn't this be made easier with
an online form??? I thought Apple was really good about making
things easy. Having to print this out and fax it in is pretty
archaic by Apple standards. This is the company that gave us an
entire computer in a 6 inch by 2.5 inch enclosure after all.

This was the most obtuse method of ordering I have ever seen,
especially
from a company that should be good at this!
If you go to the Mailbox, (in the left column), there are 2
mailboxes. Each
of them have a link to a pdf order form that you can fax. Of
course, the
form is not set up on Acrobat forms (!) but, it got mine ordered.
Make sure you write down the SKU numbers for the iLife 06 and iWork
06.
You'll need them for the order form.
