Laura and I are having the exact same problems. Thanks to everyone
who is trying to help us. I know it is hard for us to explain
because we are not seeing what most of you are seeing when you click
on shop.

Thanks, Terry, but the problem is that the + signs do not show on my
screen, just the description. no + sign and no prices.
my sign-in is accepted and brings me to the "Welcome Apple User Group
Ambassador" home page with many items listed. However, clicking on
SHOP
does not change the display to include prices or + signs.
