I am not totally familiar with the specific term you are using for the desired software and I confess to not having read the entire threa
Download Free 3D Software

The complete freeware DesignWorkshop Lite software package provides all you need to build your own 3D models for home design and visualization of architecture, landscapes, exhibits, or any kind of spatial design. With DesignWorkshop Lite you can view and walk-through ready-made models of any size, like the free 3D building models in the Great Buildings Online, in DXF, DesignWorkshop, or 3DMF format, with amazing live 3D speed.

but I may have a source that is close to what I hear in this message.Here is the link to it:

I had been helping a friend learn ArchiCad for Mac and it was so horribly tortuous it was unbelieveable.

It took so long to render that we had to just barrel through and hope we had read all the directions correctly and things were placed appropriately. It took 3 of us to decipher the instructions in the massive manual that had to be printed out. All 600 some pages of it. After 24 hours of attempting to get a simple project completed (no sleep) on deadline, we finally rendered it and bit nails for the 3-4 hours it took on a then state of the art Mac system (1999), only to find the coffee cup floating in space and the chairs on top of the tables, etc.

Months later, an article in my MUG magazine, Washington Apple Pi, there was an article about Artifice and its free CAD for Macs. I downloaded it on a 56k modem and ran it on a 6100 with ease. What a switch from ArchiCad and with its upgradability, you can take it as far as you need to go. The price is certainly worth giving it a try.

===========================================================
The real void in the Mac marketplace is measured drawing with
vector tools. Poor MacDraft never had a chance -- yet is still
available at an unbelievably bloated price. Nothing available
for drafting or even simple diagramatic drawings under $400
and even at that price they're not industry standard.
