Hi Magnus,
Congrats! That's a big thing. Was this accomplished completely inside
your MUG,
or did you get help from Apple? Ie is this going to be included on
the Mac OS X
Installer one day?
I ask because I had just gone through a struggle with some of our
members who
wanted to start a localization project. I was against it because we
just don't have the resources
and because every Software Update could potentially be a nightmare.
Thanks for the info!
All the best,
-filipp

Hi everyone
This has some relation to the question about bilingual Mac because I
wanted to let you know that our usergroup is co-arranging an event
this
coming Monday where a pre-release beta version of a localized Arabic
Tiger is going to be shown for the first time. This means that Arabic
speakers/writers will, once it's released, get Mac OS X in full native
Arabic for the very first time. In the Arabic-speaking world this
is as
big as the demo of Leopard at WWDC, perhaps even bigger :-)
We're excited and I thought perhaps some of you would be interested.
Take care
