Hmmm....

Can't speak for anyone else, but I'd be less than happy if anyone were
giving out my contact info in that fashion. Not that I might not be
interested, but we all get so much phone and email spam...

Pick the groups in the areas of interest and use the contact info on the
web sites? That way there's no question that what you give out would be
"with permission."
