If you can wait a few months and have a fast enough machine ( probably also needs to be at least a G4 ), this may become much easier with Leopard. The new iChat is supposed to handle sharing Keynote presentations. The biggest problem might be scheduling for any two groups. AppleCore meets the third Thursday evening of each month.

I know our group uses a tutorial theme each month. We present topics of interest to the members. This month it is home networking, other months it has been VoIP, digital photography, selling on ebay, etc

What my idea was is that other UG must do the same thing, I know ours are in keynote format, so usable by most groups, so why can't we
share the presentations.
