It's interesting to see they depend on it for the new 'call home' features in Leopard. While I used the 30 days trial when I first got a mac, I've only ever used my .mac for iChat since then, with lack of real 'broadband' service in NZ probably the biggest reason why I've never seen a lot of value in paying for some space in the ether.

So yes, I am ready to reactivate my .Mac if it every becomes a feasible thing to do.
