01 InfoManager Delayed
Unfortunately, the full version of InfoManager
will be delayed this week.
The ISP provider for several domains, including
user-groups.net failed to renew our domains, and
as of today, all of the phone numbers for the
SRS reseller are "disconnected."
We were told they were on "Auto Renew"
We'll be along as soon as I can get them back up.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
02 Think Iraq, Afganastan bad?
You ain't seen nothin' yet.
In 2008 we saw distinct botnets, ASPROX, STORM and a score
of other attacks on U.S. computers. Now we?re learning of
individual and botnet attacks on the Federal Government of
sufficient magnitude to get Homeland Security?s attention.

07 Acer Aspire One hitting US at just $99
Netbooks seem to be all the rage now if you listen to many of
the non-Macintosh sites.
Apple of course has a different opinion.
Here is an article at Engadget that indicates that RadioShack
will be selling an Acer Aspire One for $99.99.

high-profile members... this article by Chris Snyder says :
> Recession and social network glut be damned! Frank DeRose,
> managing partner of Ferrata Capital Management, plans to
> invest at least $1 million into Total Prestige, an
> invitation-only networking site for one of the world's
> most underserved internet demographics:
> the super- and super-duper rich.
