There are other sites for trouble shooting. My interpretation of
intended usage is "ideas related to user group operations". Correct
me if I missed something.
I was going to wait 'til Macworld Expo and ask about this of the UGAB
in the lounge. But since it is coming up again today, I am going on
record with Charles.
There are many great troubleshooting lists - and http://www.apple.com/discussions
as well.
The posts here are supposed to be about running a group, not
supporting a person's Mac. We're group leaders and set the example for
our respective groups, so we should all be able to stay on topic here.
Hoping we stay on topic in the new year and wishing all of you a Happy
New Year for 2009.
