| Several G4 laptops and late Emac's could not boot from OS 9. They could use Classic.
Don Rogue Macs
I am 99.99% sure that ALL G4 processors could boot from OS9, only the INTEL stopped that and would allow you to run OS9 in Classic Mode. Leopard does not include that option now.
