No, Flip4Mac has NEVER and is NOT a Microsoft product. Microsoft
stopped developing Windows Media Player for the Mac when F4M came out,
and made a deal with Telestream, the company that makes F4M, to list it
on the MS site in place of WMP for the Mac. But it is in no way, and
never has been in any way, and Microsoft product. www.flip4mac.com

So is Flip4Mac <http://www.flip4mac.com/> now a Microsoft product? Is it still free for the basic version?
