Hi,

Excuse me if this is the wrong place to ask.

When I try to log on to ASW I get a message saying

Apple Global Registration

Sorry there was trouble authenticating you request

Please try again.

Tried many times, changed password, tried the secrete questions and received a similar message.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
