So let me see if I follow the hoopla.
Someone bought Griffin iTrip Autopilot from Amazon.
It didn't work (either as offered, or as they thought it should, or because its defective).
The buyer wants it replaced, or repaired, or a refund.
He doesn't like the solution that Griffin offered.
He doesn't like the solution Amazon offered.
He wants to vent his frustration and commiserate with other Mac owners, on this list, who've experienced similar experiences.
Some support him.
Some do not.
Some want to keep this thread going.
Some do not.
If this is the gist of it, the question is (for me, anyway) can those in support bear with its continuation, or could the discussion be taken off-line for those concerned and willing to try to help? Is the dead horse thoroughly flogged? How many flagpole's should the idea be run up on to see who salutes it? How many metaphors must be proffered before consensus is attained?
Oh, the job of a List-Mom ain't an easy one, eh?
