Of course, many Mac users around the world are abuzz right now over Apple's release of the new-generation aluminum laptop machines. A couple of aspects of the new machines are bound to be questioned.
One is the new keyboards. Since at least 2003, all desktop Apple keyboards and all laptop keys as well have been black lettering on either silver- or white-colored keys. This made them easier for many people to use in a variety of lighting situations. The new laptops just released from Apple are black keys with white lettering.
The other major thing is the disappearance of FireWire completely from the new MacBook. There was an article on MacWorld magazine's site and another on The Unofficial Apple Weblog about this:
My question to all of you:
Have any of you been hearing from Mac users about these issues?
