Do you want a standalone appplication or a server application?
About the second I'd recommend SugarCRM, we use it in the office
installed in a Mac Pro ("normal" Mac OS X and serves to rest of the
people in the office). Works quite well...

Hello list of many fine resourceful people,
Here is what I am looking for and hope one of you might have a
recommendation.
I am looking for some form of CRM (Client Relationship Management)
for the Mac and iPhone. I have several projects coming up and would
like to have an organizational program to help me manage them
separately.
1) import contact information from Entourage or Address, book rather
then manually typing things in
2) To do list. Something attached to these people so I can put in
dates to follow up and notes
3) Would love (I hear some of you snickering now) for it to work on
Web, Mac and iPhone (like of how Evernotes does)
So would these things be possible (or some of them) in FileMaker
Pro? Bento? Daylite was recommended but this is only for me not a
team of
people and I hear DL has a really steep learning curve. Something
else?
Thanks so much. This is not for NCMUG (we use FMP for membership by
our
secretary). This is for my business and event planning -Lorene
