This is an SOS from AppleCIDER in Rochester, NY.
I'm the Apple Ambassador, and I'm trying to find someone -- anyone --
who can help move the MobileMe demo account process along.
I believe I've played by the rules, and jumped through all of the
appropriate hoops, but I haven't heard anything back. I originally
took and passed the MobileMe course in February, and then after not
hearing anything, took it again last month. The docs say that the
email containing the activation code will arrive within 14 days.
I've emailed my regional liasion, Maria Arguello
(email@hidden) with absolutely no response.
As it stands, our MobileMe account, including the information we've
stored on our iDisk, and our 'email@hidden' address, simply isn't
working anymore.
We'd prefer not to spend club funds to renew our MobileMe subscription
if this is a situation that can easily be rectified.
