User group leaders volunteer incredible amounts of time and effort for their groups. Fortunately, the benefits are clear to leaders, members, and the community. All groups benefit if leaders help each other and have access to tools and resources to run their groups. This help is here. 

You did not say what Apple User Group you are in so I cannot guide you to your Regional Liaison.

I recommend that you review the Apple Ambassador Guide This extremely helpful guide for Apple User Group Ambassadors provides key information for enhancing your user group.

Next step is to update your groups information. To update your group's info go to  http://apple-user.wwwa.com/locator/group/login.html

Once updated, send an email to the Apple Sales Web to update your data.

For more assistance, contact your groups Regional Liaison. They'll be happy to help.

I apologize for asking a question that undoubtedly has been answered before, but I looked on the Apple User Group website and couldn't find the answer.

Our MUG used to have a free dot Mac account, but our Apple Ambassador let it lapse. Now I need to know if we can get a free MobileMe account, and if so, how? Our current Apple Ambassador was unable to find any information about it.
