Cheryl, you are not being censored. The list has some automatic features built in. One is a size limitation of 12 KB. If the total size of your message is more than this its not killed, but auto shunted to our List-Mom for review. She is very nice and doesn't usually trash your input unless its obviously objectionable.
If you click on REPLY to a posting, and your message includes all the previous responses to the thread, it could surpass this limitation. Remember that formatted text uses more bytes than ASCII.
To give you an idea of how big your posting can be before this automation kicks in, the last Apple User Group Bulletin I received is 16 KB. Without an administrator's OK, even this posting would have to be passed for
publication.
Rule of thumb - 1,000 plain text words should be close to the 12KB limit.
