AUGD: iLife/iWork '09 Registration question

According to the packing list, we received
L396317A-US  (It was shipped on 2/27/09)

I've installed both iLife and iWork on our Club computer.

During installation was asked to Register the iLife software and tried.

Failed when was asked for Apple number I entered the L396317A-US but it was rejected

Has anyone registered their software? If so, what product number did you use?
