That's a good idea if there is limited information you want on each card. If you make a custom label, you can included whatever fields you want, including phone numbers and birthdays.

The standard Rolodex card is an Avery 8385, which is not on their list, but you are able to do a custom layout. You should be able to get the dimensions for those cards from Avery, but make sure that's the size she uses.
