As Apple Ambassador for your User Group, you probably signed up to receive postings from the Apple User Group Digest. This is a good thing.
Someone (osseeeataol.com) is asking for a copy of that mailing list, or misread the instructions as to how to sign up for the list.
I ignored it and recommend you do, too.
