03 U.S. Court Strikes FCC Indecency Policy
On July 13, the U.S. Court of Appeals for 2nd Circuit today
declared the Federal Communications Commission's indecency policy
to be unconstitutional. The opinion was rendered in the Fox
Television Stations v. Federal Communications Commission
case that had worked its way to the higher court.
