We are a brand new group in Upstate NY. We're an educational group, so our membership is limited to our district staff. I've been reading the posts on this list for a few months now and enjoy all of them. It's so interesting to see the difference in the groups! Each one has their own goals and functions - which is wonderful. The range of topics is great, and it's easy enough to ignore the posts that are not relevant to our group. Our school is mainly PC, but we have a small, dedicated group of mac users, and we are working to promote the benefits of Apple products, and thereby increase our membership! So far, we are operating as an informational resource for our staff.
We'd love the opportunity to video conference with another group that might have suggestions for us as we get ours started! Otherwise, any thoughts and ideas anyone has for us are greatly appreciated!
