Hi Mathieu,

Thanks for your questions. Apple has a full and active user group program. You can find the main link to the program on Apple's site at

apple.com/usergroups

Apple's User Group Advisory Board runs a blog with news and vendor offers which can be found at:

http://appleusergroupresources.com/

Contact information for each of Apple's User Group program teams (Board, Liaisons, etc.) can be found at

apple.com/usergroups/contact

The swag link should currently be available on ASW - that is where ambassadors can make requests  (the link sometimes is removed when groups have exhausted the inventory for a given quarter). Requests are only accepted from ambassadors via the link due to the number of requests that come from outside of the user group community.

The guidelines are that ambassadors of recognized groups on active status can request swag for special events (we do not send for regular meetings or for general give aways because there are thousands of groups registered in the database) Groups can make a max of one request per year and not more than three times in any five years. We ship UPS ground, so cannot ship if there is too short of a time between request and event date. If you do not find the link under user group resources, please let me know.

Best wishes,
Sandy Foderick
Swag team lead
