Thank you Gail, for covering my back. It has been a heck of a long day. I spent 4 hours on mobileme.com iChat tech support working out the kinks (like proving who I was when hackers had changed all my mobileme.com information. Even after the mess was cleaned up I do not know how it happened
A few good things did come out of this whole hacking thing.
First I learned how to actually contact Apples MobileMe iChat tech support (very hidden)

I was contacted by a lot of folks I had been out of touch with for far too long, and was given nothing but kindness and love from each person. They know it was a spam message but it was a great reason to call and say hi.
All things happen for a reason. I want to thank all the UG folks who contacted me.
And last but not least I was forced to step out of my daily routine so that I could set stronger passwords on things like ALL my gmail, FaceBook and twitter accounts. Oh and I had to do my iPhone pass-codes too.

Please!! if any of you just received an urgent message from our dear friend with the email address- Lorene <email@hidden> DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS PLEA FOR MONEY. Lorene's account has been compromised.
It is a horrific scam and we only hope nobody has jumped the gun and actually sent money.
