Have you had a chance to review the Apple User Group Ambassador Guide - http://appleusergroupresources.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/Ambassador-Guide-5-10.pdf

One of your responsibilities, as an Apple User Group Ambassador, is to read the monthly Apple User Group Bulletin and share and redistribute the appropriate information to your user groupʼs leaders and members. Also, to make sure that the Vendor Offers are passed along to your members. Have you done this?

The current Passwords for i-Life 11 offer and other password protected offers are distributed through this Bulletin.

Should you ever need to check the Bulletin archives you can always go to
 http://lists.apple.com/archives/augb - Click the year, click the month, read away.

Check with your Regional Liaison, Alex Podressoff if you need more assistance.
