Nicholas,
I tried your links.
My Password was AGAIN canceled, for security reasons.
I renewed it, YET AGAIN.

If you are having problems accessing the ASW, contact your Apple Regional Liaison.

There have been recent changes to the way ASW is accessed and your ARL should be able to help you out.

Tried to get in to download the mentioned videos and struck out,

The links for the podcasts should open up in a web browser... then when you click on a View in iTunes link, it should redirect you to your country's iTunes Store... if not, try changing the /au/ to /us/ in the initial URL (or to the appropriate abbreviation for your country)

I'm retired and don't have an employer and I don't live in Australia so I guess my group and I are not eligible.
Darn...

None of the resources I mentioned are Australian Specific, and when registering for ASW access you have to fill in the form with 'special' details as supplied by your ARL... DO NOT enter your own 'employer' etc.
