04 From the Frontline - Privacy & Policy
Times are changing and so are social media policy and
practices. Google is about to re-publish their trimmed and
reduce policies for users. Most of us are using Google in
some fashion. It's important to realize just how much your
Google patterns and habits are being tracked and logged.
Google + is becoming an alternative socialnetwork and
exposes much of what you do on Google to your 'circle' and
search engines on Google.
* Facebook is about to unleash it's new interface known as
Timeline. You have no choice in the matter when it is turned
on for everyone. Several links below give vital and timely
information on both those social services.

05 Connected Accounting & ERP
When I founded the Macintosh Business SIG as part of the
Boston Computer Society back in 1986, there seemed to be
more accounting software for the Mac than there is today.
Usually you hear people talking about Quickbooks and maybe
AccountEdge. Here is one that I had completely forgotten
about, that is certainly worth considering.

X Lion that most of us don't use and perhaps don't even know
about.

07 Apple's Earnings

08 Quotes: Robert Fulghum
"The grass is not always greener on the other side
of the fence. Fences have nothing to do with it.
The grass is greenest where it is watered.
When crossing over fences, carry water with you
and tend the grass wherever you may be."
- Robert Fulghum
