I've sent probably 15 messages to the address
<email@hidden> with never being acknowledged of the message OR included in his message to the AUGD
I suspect he has a filter on his email to ignore all but a few associates
And Yes I am disappointed with the AUGD structure. We, Presidents / Ambassadors, work very hard for our members and neither the Official Apple company or the informal AUGD structure gives a hoot for our efforts.
AS I have said before, I don't submit to Chuck to try to drive people to our club. Rather my posting to Chuck (and AUGD) is to share what seems to work for NMUG. In the past 2 years we changed from a declining membership to a growing membership (up > 70%)
And there are 2 Apple Stores within 15 miles of our club meeting location that refuse to help us.

You can ALWAYS "Reply All" to his messages. He will get it. And so will everybody else.
