This week’s MUG Event Calendar is dominated by (surprise!) holiday parties.

Adam Engst of TidBITS and Take Control Books will speak to a New York group, while Bob “Dr. Mac” LeVitus will rant and rave (no, really) at a Texas group this week.

But the big news this week is the parties. Socials, potluck dinners and holiday celebrations are the featured event at groups pretty much everywhere, though some groups are doing meetings focused on things like iMovie, holiday presents, and iPhone photo shoot, Mavericks and Reminders. (more)
