The eBook mentioned appears to be FREE however only very few of the tips
are unlocked. To unlock most of the tips there is. 99 cents fee. It is
also not clear if paying 99 cents will unlock ALL the tips.
I could see nothing in the initial store info. indicating most of the
material would be 'locked'.
