I agree with Rodti that I thought this list was for MUG related topics, not individuals, per se.
That said, let me segue to a MUG related answer.
Our Santa Fe MUG has as one of its paid benefits "HelpDesk" that our members can post and seek help with queries about dead iPhone batteries and such. Our HelpDesk is why most of our members pay for membership these days since many only attend one or two meetings a year, and only when the featured topic interests them. Our HelpDesk also costs us nothing to offer and needs little moderation. It's just a closed email list that only paid members are added to. It is also a good place for local Mac consultants to join in since answering questions often leads to private consults when things are more difficult than an email, or a novice user can deal with.
