01 Stupid Halloween Apps to amuse and waste your time
Well, I took a look at over 70 apps specifically targeting Halloween.
I'm sorry to report that they're all stupid except one -- and these
are really the least stupid of them all. ONLY Halloween 13 Trick or
Treats seems to deliver some true value. They'll all waste your time,
but I'm happy to report that most are free! But hey . . . it's
Halloween after all!

02 Yahoo Donates 125 Servers to Howard University, Opens New Data Center
Howard University engineering students and faculty gathered on
Oct. 3, for a ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the opening of the new
Yahoo Data Center housed in Howard's Computer Learning and Design
Center (CLDC) at the College of Engineering, Architecture, and

04 Edit EXIF and IPTC Metadata
Indie developer, Martin Novak has announced the release of Exif
Editor 1.1.0 for Macintosh, an update to his easy-to-use application
for editing EXIF and IPTC metadata in photos. With the application you
can add, change or remove various information about the photos, for
example basic camera settings, GPS information or the authorship of
the photo. The app uses powerful exiftool library as the underlying
technology for the manipulation with the data.
