Okay, I have a really unusual suggestion. But it's free, and I think that lots
of users may really enjoy it.
It's Second Life:

For those who don't know, Second Life (SL) is an online virtual world. You
navigate an avatar that you choose (and you can modify any way that you like)
to represent yourself. You can interact with others via text or voice. Folks
can all meet in any appropriate meeting place in SL, but fortuitously, there is
already an Apple Store ideal for this purpose in SL. (It's not owned by Apple
in reality, and it's free for anyone to use.)
It would be a really cool way to hold meetings. If folks are interested they
should log in to SL, set up an avatar for themselves, do some exploring and
getting familiar with the SL world, and then I can send folks the coordinates
to get to the Apple Store in SL. I can help folks to set up their avatar
online, if anyone would like me to do that.
