Automator for Mail

Hello group. I've been running Tiger for 2 days now, and am really enjoying the new features. The reason I am writing is that I'd like to automate a repetitive email that I need to send out each Monday morning. The email goes to a group in Address Book and just states "Pleased update the staff meeting agenda". I'd like to have this sent out every Monday morning at @ 9AM, and although I was trying to use automator, I didn't see where I could set a timer for the task.


I am using Apples Mail and Address Book.


Any help is appreciated, and I hope I can help in return
