Thanks for the ideas. I mainly wanted to voice my frustration that
$129 and five months later the product I purchased still isn't
working right.

Just a thought: Have you tried putting the mount disk image in a
separate workflow and then using the Run Workflow to call it up in
the middle of your workflow? You also might try setting the action
following it to ignore previous results.
