Installing downloaded Automator actions.

When I open Automator help it tell how to import actions and where to manually put them.

I did the import it puts them one at a time in the Automator library. Well no one want 70 Excel actions listed individually in there Automator library.

I then place the folder with the actions in ~/Library/automator restarted Automator no Excel folder.

I then took the actions out of the folder put them in ~/Library/ automator and again I was presented with 70 individual Automator actions for Excel listed in the Automator Library pane.

So how does one install actions in a folder in Automator?
