My problems with Download URLs action

Everytime I use this i get timeouts. Now it's trying to follow links
that are images and download those but I don't see why I should be
getting a timeout.
In addition to timing out it will always report the error with the
last url it's been given regardless of whether it has even started
that url or not. That is poorly implemented. It basically just says
timeout on the last image even though I can clearly see it's no where
near close to being at the last time.
How is it possible to extend or turn off these timeouts?
