problem using the "Hint Movies" action

Regardless of where I insert the "Hint Movies" action, it seems
to break the automated flow with the presentation of a dialog
box containing the message "A file by that name already exists"
and two buttons: cancel and continue. If I manually click
'continue' the script creates a temporary folder on the desktop,
moves it to the trash and then exits with "Hint Movies
completed" and "Workflow completed" in the log without actually
adding the hint tracks.
I have tried inserting the hint movie action in different places
within the workflow and with rename actions both before and
after it, but the problem (file name conflict?) seems to be
within the action itself. Searching the list archives at
<http://lists.apple.com/archives/automator-users> for "hint
movie" and the error message did not find any results, so I am
wondering if I am just using it incorrectly somehow. Should it
be as simple as adding that action within an otherwise working
QT movie workflow? The workflow (without using Hint Movie)
works fine:
1) Get Specified Movies
2) Set Movie Annotations
3) Rename Finder Items
Thanks in advance for any suggestions; or confirmation that the
"Hint Movie" action is simply broken.
