Running workflow

Hi all,
Tis is the first time I'm using (or more correctly: trying to use) automator.
I have manage to create a workflow that when it´s running make a copy of a file and sent that copy to my iDisc.
I need some help with the final touch:


1. How can I make this workflow runs so that when I put a new document or change an existing document in the given file the workflow start automaticly?
