Hi folks. I'm trying something that I thought could be done using AS, but I thought I'd move it into Automator. I can't seem to figure out how to do this.

I want to manually highlight text in BBEdit. I want to create a new email message to one of my lists, choose an email account that will be fixed, and in the body, start off the message and paste what's in the clipboard. How do I do that?

BBEdit
	copy what is highlighted

Mail.app
	make a new message
	set the new message from my list account
	enter some introductory text, which is consistent
	paste what is in the clipboard
