Use File > Save As Plug-in… to save your workflow as an iCal plug-in. The workflow will be attached as the action to a new iCal event which you can configure to repeat as desired.

Hi!

I wrote my first workflow which takes flagged mail and pastes it all into a document for me so I don't have to open each message individually. It is working like a charm. It does this for "todays mail"

The only thing else I would like to do to make it perfect is to have it do this automatically at 8AM and again at noon.

Is there anyway to get the workflow triggered to go at a certain time?

Thanks so much
