Title: Suggestions About Re: AppleScript 123
Well guys, I'm here. Living down Here.
I had to wait just 25 years to get a Macbook. Apple here was ALWAYS OVER PRICED, still is and is used mostly in Maketing and advertising offices.
Finally I got my Mac. Been Using Frankensteins PC since I was a Kid. After a year and a half and after the hypnosis and Mesmerization, I Finally got my attention to Automator. A Nice stuff. Thank you Ben Waldie for the help with the Podcasts. Maybe, I manage to Buy your "Highly Priced" book (freight taxes and all are killing us here) and read it through. Maybe I'll work for you someday... Who Knows ? But back to my Suggestion. Is a Great one!
If You are angry about Sal and realease dates, books out of date etc, Why not give Microsoft Windows Vista a Chance? Try to use Windows instead a Mac. They have a Pretty elastic realease dates. Since the OS was Postponed for almost 4 years. It's enough time to Print the books. And with ALL errors and stuff. Nice solution. You can go back to tiger and the first automation and applescript too :-)!!!
I'm Sure that any book besides Apple Docs (They are a little terrible and a lot confusing to me) will Sufice for our learning experience. We have The Mighty Uncle Ben here. Anyone courage enough to publish a book will have a Great responsability. We can ask him to create a podcast highlighting the differences between systems. Down Here, The Snow "LEOPOLD" is hard to find. As I see, computer books is ALWAYS usefull and ALWAYS out to date. That's the beauty of the Mac World. You can get a Podcast to teach you the way. You can find information. So Please guys, Let us keep our minds focused on What is really important. Learning and Sharing Stuff to change the way we work and maybe, change the world we live!!!!!
Best Regards
Fabiano Dias Ferreira
(I know the name is strange. You guys can call me Digger, always digging knowleadge)!!!!
