You need to run the action "Get link URLs from web page" before (if the thumbnails are directly linked to the images). Then you use an applescript that only considers the links that link to an image file. Add these file to the resulting apple script list. Then run the "Download URLs" action. If the thumbnails link to a page that itself displays the fullscreen image, you need to open the page in Safari via Applescript and then run "Get Image URLs from Web Pages".
