Hi Lars,
yes that was what I was looking for. I think they made this changes from 10.5 to 10.6
I am just starting with automator and also with hazel.
I belive it is possible to make really usefull things with both programs together.
I am looking for daily stuff which makes life easier.
For instance if you have pictures on your camera, you put the sd card into your mac and copy the images to the default picture folder.
Within the picture folder I want to have a hazel folder checking for new images and do the following things.
1. Rename them to a usefull file name which I can put into during the automator workflow
2. Move the files in a new folder to my NAS (auto create the folder as well)
3. Import the renamed pictures automatically in iphoto
Its just a thought but I really think there are lot of such use cases which come to my mind in the future. Does anybody have expierence with such things?
Many thanks
regards
Michael
