Copying locked files

I have created a simple workflow to copy a folder to a backup disk. If the folder contains a locked file the workflow fails claiming that it can not create the folder being copied on the destination disk.

If I unlock the file all goes well.

However, if I drop the folder including the locked file on the disc the copy and replacement goes just fine.

How do I get the Automator to act like the Finder?
