Watch Me Do cannot select System Preferences form Apple Menu

I'm just getting started with Automator and was trying to create a script that would add a VPN connection to System Preferences.
I'm using Mountain Lion.

I guess I'll find a keyboard shortcut to open system preferences.
Does anyone know how to report such bugs to Apple?

Thanks!
